What We Do
We have successfully settled disputes with SARS either by way of offers of settlement or alternative dispute resolution using the provisions of the Tax Administration Act, PAJA and S.33 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa. These mechanisms ensure tax disputes are settled in the most cost-effective manner, using the provisions of the Tax Administration Act, PAJA, and S.33 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa.
